It's been awhile....

Since I've stopped taking any classes I don't really have the chance to make any cakes. I did made some cupcakes (for the first time). I didn't know how far you are suppose fill up the pan....needless to say I should of left some room for the cupcakes to rise. I have to slice some of the top off to decorate the cupcake. It was a last minute thing I did for a get together with friends. I'm just glad I still remember how to squeeze that buttercream. :p
